Through this program, training and occupational qualification is provided to women belonging to the different ethnic groups that live in the State of Zulia, for the commercialization of handicrafts and native accessories of these ethnic groups, providing them with the seed capital and materials necessary for the creation of the same. 

This program has benefited 800 women belonging to the Wayuu and Yukpa ethnic groups in the State of Zulia. Venezuela.
